Mulch that is certified weed free hay shall be crimped into the surfaced and/or hydro <br />seeded. <br />8.) Reclamation cost will be calculated by DMG. <br />Exhibit E - Maps <br />9.) Proof of publication by Daily Sentinel, Proof of mailing to all owners of record within 200 <br />feet by certified mail/receipts. <br />Exhibit L -Permanent Man-made Structures <br />13.) The only other man made improvements within 200 feet of the Permit Boundary are <br />temporary in nature. A barbed wire fence and unimproved dirt road exist along D 1/4 <br />Road right-of-way. Both the barbed wire fence and dirt road will be relocated and <br />improved during development of Lots 7, 8 and 9 of Upland Estates Subdivision. <br />A notarized indemnification agreement for the benefit of Mesa County is included to <br />cover the temporary improvements until they are replaced. <br />If additional response to the adequacy issues or further information is needed, please <br />call.
