The Board will consider the above-proposed <br />inclusions of the language of 2.12(5)(6) being included in <br />RULE 6, and the possibility of such a RULE 6 addition <br />obviating the need for same in RULES 3 b 4. <br />RULE 7: SURETY <br />1. The Board will consider adding material to this RULE 7 <br />concerning the surety requirements related to structure dis- <br />mantle of surface facilities. <br />2. The Board will consider integrating the changes to HB 1065 <br />made by House Bill 1377 (May 1977) into the Rules and Regulations <br />in this RULE 7 SURETY section. <br />The Mined Land Reclamation Board will informally discuss the above-considered <br />changes at its March 28-29. 1979 Board meeting. Thereafter, copies of proposed <br />changes to be formally promulgated at the April 25-26, 1979 meeting, as listed <br />herein, will be available at the offices of Mined Land Reclamation (add.ress <br />above) and may be provided upon request -- however, note that modifications <br />of these proposed changes may be made by the MLRB before it promulgates rules <br />and regulations on the above topics. Alternative proposals or statements <br />in writing may be submitted to the Mined Land Reclamatin Board on or before <br />April 10, 1979 at 5:00 PM. An opportunity for oral testimony will be provided <br />at the meeting for those who appear and request to address the Board. The number, <br />presentation and length of testimony may be limited so as to properly conduct <br />the establishment of regulations and the normal business of the regular monthly <br />Board meeting. <br />FILED WITH SECY.
