EXHIBIT B
Mining Plan
Limited Impact (110) Application containing 8.90 acres.
The area will be mined beginning at the south border of the site
and proceed in a northerly direction as illustrated on Exhibit C-1
map. The topsoil will be stripped to a depth of 6 to 12 inches.
Gravel will be mined to a maximum depth of 30 feet.
Where Pinon or Juniper trees are present they will be cut
and utilized for firewood, prior to the operation.
Much of the surface of the area is very cobbly and gravely,
but where possible, the top 6 to 12 inches of soil will be stripped
and stockpiled to be used for reclamation of the site.
Equipment used for mining will be a D-7 or D-8 dozer, front-
end loader and trucks for transporting the material, which will be
removed as pit run, or crushed and stockpiled. (See Exhibit C-1)
Completion of the mining operation may not be realized until
approximately 10 years from date. (See Exhibit E for Reclamation
plan.)
