<br />Public Notice of Permit Renewal and Name Change
<br />Cyprus Empire Corporation, formerly Empire Energy Corporation, Eagle
<br />Mines, P.O. Box 68, Craig, Colorado, 81626, Phone (303) 824-8246, has
<br />filed with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Division, an application
<br />for a permit renewal and name change to mining Permit C-81-044. Mining
<br />Permit C-81-044 was approved by the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board
<br />June 1987.
<br />The permit renewal would allow underground mining in accordance with the
<br />presently approved Mining Permit No. C-81-044, for a period of five years.
<br />There are no extensions of the permit area or new activity within the
<br />permit area associated with this Permit Renewal Application.
<br />The area in question is a parcel of land located in portions of T6N,
<br />R91W; T6N, R92W; and T5N, R92W and T5N, R91W of the Colorado 6th
<br />• Prime Meridian. More specifically described as follows:
