tion Act for the Extraction of Conatruttion
Materiab. The proposed mine is known as
the Schmidt Gravel Pit and is located at or
near section SE 1/4 of SW 1/4 0l NE 1/4 Sec-
tion 26, Township 17, Range d2W, 6^ Prime
Meridian.
