The liability to replacement to surrounding owners of water rights!'urigetion rights aze not
addressed at all. Also is not the company DBA as an L.L.C., protect the applicants and na the present
sutroundQtg landowners.
Second, the envirotwental issues addressed in the application is vague and non-descriptive. An
environmental impact sntement should be provided up front' bringing into play run-on, run-off, discharge,
clean water act end NPDES issues with solid solutions and goals/expectations.
Third, to address the size proposed industrial sites and duration of the site is questionable at bests[.
Ina 20 square mile radius these are numerous sites of this type, which Wly questions the demand of the
product but also brings into play no support of evidence on the applicants part of previous experience
dealing with any of the business operations as stated above and in the permit application.
Sigtted _ ~~
i ',
Michael D,trcker '
,~,Ci l
