Effluent Limitations <br />PART I <br />PARTI <br />Page No. 3 <br />Permit No. CO-0045080 <br />Beginning no later than the effective date of this permi[ and lasting through August 31, 2002, the permittee is authorized to <br />dischazge from outfalls 001, 002, 003, 004, 005, 006, 007, 008, 009, 010, OI1, 012 and 013. <br />In accordance with the Water Quality Con[rol Commission Regulations for Effluent Limitations, Section 10.1.3, and <br />Colorado Dischazge Permit System Regulations, Section 6.9.2, 5 C.C.R. 1002-2, the permitted discharge shall no[ contain <br />effluent pazameter concentrations which exceed the following limitations specified below or exceed the specified flow <br />limitation. <br />a.
