<br />EXHIBIT J <br />VEGETATION <br />The vegetation based on a non-scientific observation appears <br />to be roughly 408 shrubs, 408 trees and 208 open grass area <br />with little or no cover. <br />Revegetation will be done using a rough terrain drill with <br />the following species and rates: <br />Pubescent Wheatgrass 5.5 lbs./acre <br />Blue Grass .5 lbs./acre <br />Western Wheatgrass 5.0 lbs./acre <br />All grasses will be seeded only with Colorado Certified Seed. <br />
