Schmidt. This <br />pazcel was in fact transferred from Schimdts to CAMAS, now known as Aggregate Industries, on <br />January 26, 1998 by Special Warranty Deed that included other parcels in the vicinity, all of <br />which were subsequently transferred from CAMAS to the City of Westminster on December 21, <br />1999. I reseazched records within the Weld County Clerk and Recorder's Office and the Weld <br />County Assessor's Office and discovered that they failed to note the transfer of this particular <br />pazcel. The Weld County Assessor's Office has reviewed this matter and corrected their records. <br />A corrected copy of a property profile from the Weld County Assessor's Office for the above- <br />referenced parcel is enclosed. The corrected profile identifies the City of Westminster as the <br />current property owner. The enclosure, together with the Source of Legal Right-to-Enter, <br />executed by the City of Westminster and submitted with the application documents, should <br />complete the requirements of Exhibit N, as all parcels within the proposed permit boundary are <br />owned either by Aggregate Industries or the City of Westminster. <br />Please contact me if you have any questions or require additional information. <br />Very truly yours, <br />~~4? ~ ~, <br />Connie N.
