E;j(luent Limitations: In developing suitable effluent limitations, the Division must review all applicable <br />standards and regulations and apply those which are mare stringent. This review includes, bur is not limited <br />to: the water quality standard based efJ'tuen[ limitations, federat guidelines and standards (40 CFR Subchapter <br />N) and the Regulations for Effluent Limitations (Regulation No. 62).
