Outfa11004 <br />n Desien Capacity <br />The design capacity of this domestic wastewater treatment works is 0.0115 MGD for hydraulic flow (30-day <br />average) and 251b. SODS per day for organic loading (30-day average). <br />ii) Facilities Operation <br />The permittee shall at all times properly operate and maintain all facilities and systems of treatment and control (and <br />related appurtenances) which aze installed or used by the permittee to achieve compliance with the conditions of this <br />permit. This provision requires the operation of back-up or auxiliary facilities or similaz systems only when <br />necessary to achieve compliance with the conditions of the permit.
