Effluent Limitations <br />Beginning no later than the effective date of this permit and lasting through February 29 2004, the permittee is <br />authorized to dischazge from outfalls 001 and 003 -the discharges of surface runoff; and 002 -the discharge of <br />surface runoff and/or mine drainage -- all prior to entering Deer Trail Ditch. <br />In accordance with the Colorado Water Quality Control Commission Regulations for Effluent Limitations, Section <br />62.4 (5 CCR 1002-62), and the Colorado Discharge Permit System Regulations, Section 61.8(2), (5 CCR 1002-61), <br />the permitted dischazge shall not contain effluent parameter concentrations which exceed the following limitations <br />specified below or exceed the flow limitation, where specified. <br />a.
