The conditions to the <br />recommended approval are noted below: <br />Stipulation No. <br />Description <br />1. The operator commits to not slab minirtg within 200 feet of the center line of the Peck <br />Creek tributary until an analysis of the potential hydrologic impacts to the tributary <br />and associated watershed are submitted and approved by the Division. The analysis <br />should include at a minitnum: <br />1. Designs for any stream channel reconstruction that may be required as a result <br />of the mining and reclamation activities, including replacement of any <br />pre-existing man-made water conveyance structures. <br />2. Analysis of the changes in the runoff potential of the watershed which may be <br />caused by the mining and reclamation activities. <br />3. Analysis of the potential impacts to the quantity and quality of the water <br />supply and associated flora and fauna in the lower reaches of the Peck <br />Canyon. <br />This stipulation shall not prevent the operator from conducting surface rock removal <br />activities as defined in the approved permit application within the identified buffer <br />zone. <br />
