Proot of distlfbutbn must be submitted prior to ImplemaMetlon of the revision. For nort-federal mines, a Dopy of the application for which the Division has issued a proposed approval dedsion must be submitted to the OSM Western Regional ~, Coordinetlng Center (7999 Broadway Blvd., Suke 3320, Denver, CO 80202-5733), end proof of submittal to OSM must be aubmkted to the Division prior to implementation of the revision.
