<br />ADDENDUM <br />LARIMER COUNTY PLANNING COhA1ISSI0N: Wednesday, February 20, 1985/6:30 P.M./Hearing <br />VII. ADDENDUM: <br />On January 30, :L985, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the <br />Special Review request, and referred the matter back to the Planning Depart- <br />ment for development of conditions. Recommended conditions are as follows: <br />1. Concrete batch plant to be utilized only for sand ands gravel that <br />is extracted from the site. <br />2. The extraction and batch plant to be developed and operated consistent <br />with the plans as submitted. <br />3. All extraction to be completed and batch plant removed by April 22, <br />1988. (Original dates set by BCC for completion of extraction). <br />4. Submit. detailed landscaping and site plan within 30 days for approval <br />by Planning De partmen[. and subsequent implementation of this plan <br />within six months. <br />5. Silo must he earth tone color. <br />6. A11 facilities to be located at least 500 feet from the west property <br />line and 400 feet. from the 'north property line. ' <br />L-7. Existing zoning violations t.o be resolved within 96 days, including <br />storage of derelict vehicles, storage of moved house, and sale of <br />products not extracted from the site. <br />8. Dedication of 50 feet of right-of-way from the centerline of Taft <br />Hill Road. <br />9.
