Long <br />Re: Alamosa County Pit Na 1, File No. M-2001-1OS, Receipt of 110 Construction Materials Reclamation Pe~{I'Pn Director <br />Application Package <br />Dear Mr. West: <br />On November 9, 2001, the Division of Minerals and Geology received your the 110 Construction Materials Reclarmtion Pemrit <br />Application package for the Alamosa County Pit No. 1, File No. M-2001-108. Preliminary review of the infarmation received <br />determined that the following items must be received before the Divisicn can consider your application as being submitted and <br />technical review can begin: <br />APPLICATION FORM: Item 1, Applicant/opemtor name: Needs completing. Item 3, Pemritted acaeage: Needs <br />correcting (a I lOc permit allows for a maximum of 9.9 acres). Item 9, Location information: Needs completing. <br />EXIIIBTf J -Proof of Mailing Notices of Permit Aoolication (Rule (.3.101: Include proof of mailings of the <br />"Notice of Permit Application" sent to the County Board of Commissioners and Boazd of Supervisors of the local Soil <br />Conservation District, in the application, by submitting the date-stamped receipt for CertiSed Mailing or a <br />data-stamped copy of the Mice form with signahue acknowledging persona] service and receipt by the appropriate <br />board. Also, refer to Rule 1.6.2(]xa). <br />Yotm application will not be considered filed tmtil the infomration listed above is received and found sufficient to begin our <br />review. A decision date will be established 30 days from the date of receipt of all of the requested infotmation. Additionally, if <br />you have a1*eady published notice you w;tl need to republish notice, after the Division considers the application submitted. <br />Republication must occur once within ten (10) days of the submittal date. We will notify you when you should initiate <br />republication of your notice. The final date for receiving comments is ten (10) days after the date of publication or the next <br />regular business day. You have sixty (60) days from the above date to submit all necessary documents [hat the Office needs for <br />an application to be considered filed. If, at the end of the sixty day period, the application has not been determined to be Sled <br />with the Office, the Office shall deter the application and temrinate the application Sle. <br />In addition, I am retumhlg the original agreement between the State Board of Land Commissioners and Alamosa County. The <br />Division only requires a copy of this doctment. <br />This letter shall not be construed to mean that there aze no other technical deficiencies in your application.
