R42W, in Yuma <br />County yesterday. Although the exact location was not marked on the ground, the area marked as the <br />proposed mine site on the application map has already been disturbed pas[ the point of providing any <br />significant value as wildlife habitat. I found an existing sw'face extraction mine and a feedlot operation <br />at the site.
