Director <br />DATE April 6, 1981 INCO]~iPLETE <br />LETT ~R <br />NAME OF OPERATOR Lee Doughty <br />ADDRESS 11377 Plainview Road <br />Golden, Colorado 80401 <br />RE: Doughty's Pits <br />FILE ;l 75-9 <br />Dear Mr. Doughty:' <br />Upon reviewing your application for a Mining & Reclamation Permit, dated 3/2,7/81 <br />the staff has determined that it is deficient/incomplete under the Colorado Mined <br />Land Reclamation Act, Article 32 of Title 34, CRS 1973, as amended (1976 Session <br />Laws, House Bill 1065). <br />The following items must be submitted in order for the application to be =onsidered <br />as Filed (pursuanC to the MLRB definition of "filed" as found in RULE 1.1 (10) of the <br />Rules and Regulations of the Mined Land Reclamation Board, as amended, effective July <br />1978): <br />1) Pernit Fee of $75.00. <br />2) Current information for the areas now to be mined, including a mzip (Exhibit C1 <br />of the 5 acres in this permit application and a mining plan for these 5 acres. <br />In this regard, why is this application for only 5 acres when thE~ old materials <br />were for 4 acres?
