BEDROCK MINE # 1 APPLICATION <br />FINAL DECISION AND ORDER <br />The Formal Public Hearing on the Siloam Stone, Inc. Bedrock Mine #1 Application was <br />held on February 25, 1998, during the regulaz meeting of the Mined Land Reclamation Board <br />("the Board"), at 1313 Sherman Street, Room 318, Denver, Colorado. <br />PRELIMINARY MATTERS <br />The Board reviewed the Proposed Pre-Hearing Conference Order and adopted it without <br />modification. <br />FINDINGS OF FACT, CONCLUSIONS OF LAW AND ORDER <br />Following disposition of the Preliminary Matters, the Board proceeded to c;;nsider the <br />Proposed Application. <br />The Division of Minerals and Geology ("the Division") was represented by Assistant <br />Attomey General Stephen M. Brown. Assistant Attomey General Jill M.M. Gallet appeared as <br />Counsel to the Board. Applicant Ferd A.
