2- <br />• Permit No. 79-206/liR <br />as indicated in Exhibit A of the permit file, subject to the following <br />special conditions: <br />1. puring the course of mining operations, U.S. Soil, Inc. <br />shall not allow the total disturbed acreage to exceed the following <br />limitations: <br />Major Disturbance ~_ acres <br />Moderate Disturbance 19.9 acres <br />Minor Disturbance 0 acres <br />For purposes of this condition, major disturbance, moderate disturbance, <br />and minor disturbance are defined as follows: <br />Major Disturbance - that area of a mining operation which includes <br />excavations, overburden spoils, and topsoil stockpil2s. <br />Moderate Disturbance - that area of a mining operation which is a result <br />of backfilling of the open cut, the levelling of overburden spoils, the <br />smooth grading and the distribution of topsoil or other suitable, approved <br />plant growth medium. <br />Minor Disturbance - that area of a mining operation which is undergoing <br />preparation immediately prior [o planting, or seeding, is being planted <br />or seeded, or has been planted or seeded but will not be released from <br />bond until there has been full completion of all reclamation requirements <br />as set forth in the permit. <br />2• U.S. Soil, Inc. agrees to be bound by all Rules and Regu- <br />lations of the Mined Land Reclamation Board, and by all provisions of the <br />1976 Mined Land Reclamation Act, in compliance with each and every provision <br />thereof, as an express provision of thi; permit. <br />This permit is issued subject to all requirements of tFe Colorado .Mined Land <br />Reclamation Act and all rules, regulations and standards now in force and any <br />which may in the future be promulgated by the Mined Land Reclamation Board, <br />and this permit may be revoked or suspended for noncompliance with the Act <br />and/or such rules, regulations and standards. <br />Dated at Denver this 18th <br />day of June 1980. <br />Rev. 12/79 <br />MINED LAND RECLAMATION BOARD <br />By <br /> <br />
