The following responses are addressed in the same order as in your <br />letter of 4/20/05 (Items 1- 5). :11so attached please fmd a map showing the access road acreage areas <br />added to the permit area, a corrected page one (1) of the permit application showing dte (corrected) total <br />acreage in the permit area and a copy of the comments concerning the conditions for approval from the <br />Office of the State Engineer (Item 3). <br />1. Concerning any possible future use of the Kinnikin Road access point the applicant will notify the <br />DMG 30 days prior to any use of this access point and will provide clear court documentation of <br />legal Right of Entry. <br />2. ~s you were able to see on your site visit of 4-2G-O5, the proposed haul/access road identified in the <br />permit application is an improved ten (10) foot wide ranch road for the inittal 1900 fee[. The road <br />continues as an unimproved ditch access (2 -track) road fox an additional approximate 2000 feet. The <br />remainder of the proposed road is to be constructed after the D1IG permit is approved. :1ll road <br />areas, both constructed and proposed, are wholly contained within property owned by the applicant. <br />d total of 8100 feet of road will be either improved and/or extended The improved/extended <br />access road will be 10 foot wide and of a similar construction to the initial 1900 feet of existing <br />access road. The 8100 feet of planned (to be constructed) and existing 2 -track ditch road bas a rota] <br />area of 1.86 total acres (8100 feet x 10 feet = 1.859 acres). As a technical amendment/revision to <br />the original application the 1.86 acres contained in the unimproved and to be constructed <br />portions of the access route will be added to the total area of the proposed permit azea. <br />The toad area will increase the total acreage in the permit area from 39.74 acres to a new <br />total of 41.60 total acres. A revised road access map and corrected page one (1) of the <br />application is attached <br />
