LAMBERG d/b/a <br />LAMBERG BROTHERS <br />IN THE ARKANSAS RIVER OR ITS <br />TRIBUTARIES <br />TRIBUTARY INVOLVED: KERR GULCIi <br />IN FREMONT COUNTY <br />~~ <br />$~~ <br />.~ m u <br />~Y~ <br />m~~ <br />$ ~ <br />g~ <br />APR 1 A 75 ~ <br />CLER% <br />RULING OF REFEREE <br />Pursuant to Order of Referral filed and entered in the <br />above case on August 14, 1973, the undersigned Water Referee, <br />having investigated the matter of the application on file <br />herein, hereby makes the following findings and ruling thereon: <br />FINDINGS OF FACT <br />1. That the said application was filed on August 14, 1973. <br />2. That the Water Clerk caused publication of such filing <br />as provided by statute; that the time for filing Statements of <br />Opposition expired on the last day of October, 1973, and that <br />none has been filed. <br />3. That the said application asks for a finding of <br />reasonable diligence in the development of the conditional <br />water right in Case No. W-138 of this Court. <br />4. That the work has been expended toward construction of <br />slurry ponds and pipe has been acquired to convey the spring <br />water to the ponds. <br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED AS FOLLOWS: That applicants <br />be, and are hereby awarded a finding of reasonable diligence <br />and a continuation of the conditional water right in this case. <br />NAME AND ADDRESS: W.
