' EXHIBIT E (Cont'd)
to follow the recommended fertilizing, mulching and seed-
' ing procedures and will use the seed mixture outlined below.
Planting will be done during the period March through May.
' The SCS has encouraged the exclusion of all uses from the
reclamation phases while they are in a critical growing stage.
The installation of fencing, suggested as a possibility
' by the SCS, will not be necessary under the reclamation
plan because no use of the seeded areas is intended.
' There will be some impact on wildlife which normally
' inhabits this type of dry farmland. Disturbance will be
minor since lateral moves of a few hundred feet is all that
' is required for wildlife to find similar habitat. It is
the operator's intention that the revegetation and reshaping
plans will return the area to its original condition, improve
the area for its reclaimed use, and enhance the habitat for
native wildlife.
' Revegetation Program
' Grasses.
