Please be advised that both a Colorado Tdined
Land Reclamation Per;nit and a La Plata County Permit will be required,
However, our state permitting process is independent of the county process.
You are required by state regulations to have a permit issued to you prior to
the beginning of mining.
The Division will issue a permit to you after we have received properly
executed performance and financial warranties. Please refer to Deborah
Mulloy's letter dated October 16, 1990. I am not aware that we have received
the required information. Your permit application was automatically approved
on August 15, 1990. However, you may not begin mining operations until a
permit has been issued by our office.
I hope that this information will answer your question
need further assistance.
Sincerely,
_~ / ^
_y /
Thomas A.
