2. Introduction. Applicant, through its agent,
owns or controls approximately 469 shares of the Fulton
Irrigating Ditch Company, 512 shares of the Lupton Meadows
Ditch Company and 1.105 shares of the Brighton Ditch Company.
The water represented by Applicant's interest in the Fulton
Irrigating, Lupton Meadows and Brighton Ditch Companies are
hereinafter collectively referred to as the 'Water Rights".
By this Application, Applicant seeks to change the type and
place of use of the Water Rights for use at alternate points
of diversion. Applicant also seeks adjudication of a
conditional proposed right of substitution and exchange for
the Water Rights on the South Platte River from points located
in Adams and Weld Counties to points located in Arapahoe and
Je]`ferson Counties.
