To the Notth is B.L.M. Property. <br />Item number 4 -Storm Water Permit will be applied for if necessary. <br />Item number 5 - No asphalt plant is now being proposed. <br />Item number 6 -Existing roadways are adequate, these roads shown on exhibits G, E, and <br />C are adequate to carry out the mining operation hauls. No new roads are anticipated <br />except on site. <br />Item number 7 -Enclosed please find a plot plan showing the old Pollard Pit, no other <br />disturbances exist to my knowledge. <br />Item number 8 -Please see attached. <br />Sincerely, <br />James Joy <br />
