As stated, the pond will reduce the wa r <br />velocity, absorbing the force of the river. Water w 11 <br />proceed within the existing channel. There will be no <br />rerouting of the channel or adverse affects to the Cou y <br />Road. <br />Enclosed are twc letters from the Army Corps of Enginee~s, <br />local office and Omaha, confirming a 404 permit is of <br />required. <br />3. Five pcnds will remain as part of the mining and reclamat <br />plan. <br />4.
