PUBLIC NOTICE
B-Mining Company; PO Box 326; Nucla, Co 81L7J., [phone] has filed an application
for a tdining and Reclamation permit with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board under
provisions of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act. The preposed mine is located
at or near Section 25.0, Township 43.0 N~ Range 10.0 W, New Mexico Prime Meridian.
The proposed date of commencement is September 3 , 86 and the proposed date of
completion is September 9 , 2006. The proposed future use of the land is wildlife
habitat. Additional information and tentative hearing date may be obtained from the
