RESPONSE•
The Engineering and Environmental Departments of Colorado Yampa Coal
Company have endeavored to delineate the information presented in this
revision to previously approved Permit No. C-81-071 as clearly and
concisely as possible, consistent with the scope of the reyulations. A
special effort has been made to document all conclusions with sound,
technical data. The information presented is supported as appropriate
with references to technical publications, public information sources,
and other relevant authorities.
A bibliography summarizing the reference sources utilized in
preparation of this permit application is presented as Exhibit 1,
Bibliography.
(2) All tests, analyses or surveys carried out pursuant to these Rules
be performed or certified by a qualified person.
RESPONSE:
All tests, analyses, and surveys conducted in conjunction with this
permit revision have been performed by competent, qualified persons
utilizing commonly accepted procedures.
