Change of Water Rights to be Used in this Augmentation Plan: 52.1 inches of <br />the water rights decreed to the Church Ditch to be changed to permit use of this source For this plan <br />of augmentation, as provided in this decree, and for other purposes as set forth below, <br />18.a. Decreed diversion points: <br />18.a.(1) Farmers' High Line Canal: By the Fourth Amendment to <br />Application in this matter, Applicant has withdrawn with prejudice its claim in this Application to <br />change the use of any water derived from interests in the Farmers' High Line Canal and Reservoir <br />Company in this case. <br />]S.a.(2) Church Ditch: <br />18.a.(2)(a) Church Ditch Clear Creek diversion point, located in the <br />NW'/. NE'/. of Section 32, Township 3 South, Range 70 West of the 6th P.M., Jefferson County, <br />Colorado, <br />18.a.(2)(b) Church Ditch Ralston Creek diversion point, located at <br />the point where Church Ditch crosses Ralston Creek in SE'/, N W'/. of Section 2, Township 3 South, <br />Range 70 West of the 6th P.M., Jefferson County, Colorado. <br />
