Stevens, Senior Environmental Protection Specialist ~Ly <br />RE: All Rite Paving and Redi-Mix, North River Pit, File No. M-99-005 <br />Please be advised that on February 5, 1999, All Rite Paving and Redi-Mix, whose address and telephone <br />number aze P.O. Box 1128, La Junta, CO 81050; (7l9) 383-2600, filed an application to conduct surface <br />extraction of construction materials and reclamation, at or near Section 1, Township 235, Range SSW, 6th <br />Prime Meridian, in Otero County. The application decision is scheduled for May 6, 1999. <br />A copy of the application is available for review at the Otero County Clerk & Recorder's office and at the <br />office of the Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203. <br />All written comments or objections must be submitted within twenty (20) days of the date of the newspaper <br />public notice to be considered in the application review process by the Division.
