Walther <br />Executive Director <br />Michael B. long <br />Division Dueaor <br />The Division of Minerals and Geology received the recharge channel designs submitted by Leonazd Rice <br />Engineers, Inc. for the S & H Mine, Permit No. M-2000-158. The designs were mandated by the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board during the June 27, 2001 Board hearing for conditional approval of the application. A letter <br />dated August 6, 2001 from Leaf Engineering approving the design was also submitted. <br />The Division approves the recharge channel designs, which now becomes a binding part of the permit. Therefore, <br />the operator has completed Stipulations 1, 2 and 3 of the permit application.
