Long <br />Division Director <br />Please find enclosed a letter of comment from the Division of Water Resources regazding Agile <br />Stone Systems' Parkdale Project 112 permit application. Their primary comment is a <br />recommendation that the project (permit) not be approved until the applicant has obtained a plan for <br />augmentation or an approved substitute water supply plan to replace depletions caused by the <br />pumping of ground water from a well. <br />Please address this concern as it is also a concern of the Division of Minerals and Geology.
