Flows ranged
from an unmeasurable seep to 2.25 cubic feet per second (cfs). LC-2 and LC-3 were dry from
January through April and again in June. Flows ranged from an unmeasurable seep to 0.75 cfs
at LC-2 and from an unmeasurable seep to 0.06 cfs at LC-3. LCD was dry m January, February,
April, May and June. Flows ranged from an unmeasurable seep to 0.35 cfs. There are no stock
ponds in Lorencito Canyon itself, but there aze several within many of the side canyons, as noted
below. The reach mapping suggests that flow in Lorencito appears to be intermittent, with water
recharging the channel substrate during periods of low saturation and discharging to shallower
areas of unconsolidated materials. However, the stream appears to constantly recharge the
unconsolidated deposits at the specific monitoring sites established in Lorencito Canyon.
AC-1 is located on Alamosa Canyon approximately a half a mile above the confluence with
Lorencito Canyon. There are no stock ponds within the permit area in Alamosa Canyon. It was
• dry from January through May and again in July and October. Flows ranged from an
unmeasurable seep to 0.46 cfs.
