Your apolication has been scheduled for <br />consideration oy the Mined Land keclamation Board on May 9, 1990. Before your <br />application can be consipered by the Board, you must complete the following <br />notice requirements: <br />publish notice of the filino_ of this application and provide proof of the <br />notice to us; <br />° Mail a copv of the notice to all owners of record of surface rights of <br />affected land and imnediatel_v adjacent land and provide proof of the <br />mailing. such as Certified Mail Return P,eceipt kequesteo, to us; and, <br />° place a copy of this application for public review, less confidential <br />items, with the County Clerk and kecorder, Any srmsequent changes or <br />additions you make to the applications on file in our office must also be <br />made in this local government cony. <br />I have reviewed the apolication to determine whether it is adequate to meet <br />the requirements of Act arts keaulations, Tne attached list details items that <br />need clarification before the apolication will satisfy the apolicaDle <br />requirements.
