Nationwide permit No. 14 for a temporary <br />pipe crossing of the temporary access Road and the existing wetlands has been <br />acquired. A wetlands delineation and a Cultural Resource Survey were included with <br />the application submittal. <br />State of Colorado stormwater Management Permit has been acquired for the <br />construction of Riverside Parkway. This permit includes the borrow site adjacent to <br />the City Cemetery. A stormwater management plan was prepared for stormwater <br />management during construction. <br />City of Grand Junction Grading Permit. A grading permit has been acquired for the <br />Riverside Parkway borrow site.
