Long <br />Division Director <br />Re: Bent County Pit # 2, File No. M-2001-019, Receipt of 112 Construction Materials Reclamation <br />Permit Application Package <br />Dear Mr. Burkhalter: <br />On April 10, 2001, the Division of Minerals and Geology received addition materials to your 112 Construction <br />Materials Reclamation Permit Application package for the Bent County Pit # 2, Fde No. M-2001-019. <br />Preliminary review of the information received determined that the following items must be received before the <br />Division can consider your application as being submitted and technical review can begin: <br />APPLICATTON FORM: Page 7, Signature Page: The "Signed and dated" date and the notarization <br />date must be the same date. <br />Your application will not be considered submitted until the information listed above is received and found <br />sufficient to begin our review. A decision date will be established 90 days from the date of receipt of all of the <br />requested information. Additiooally, if you have already published notice you will need to republish notice, <br />after the Division considers the application submitted. This notice must be published once a week for four (4) <br />wnsecutive weeks, starting within ten (]O) days of the date your application is considered submitted. We will <br />notify you when you should vitiate republication of your notice. The Snal date for receiving comments is the <br />20th day after the fourth publication or the next regular business day. <br />This letter shall not be construed to mean that there are ao other technical deSciencies m your application.
