<br />EXHIBIT E <br />Reclamation Plan <br />Stockpiled overburden will be spread over the disturbed area to a <br />depth of~one foot after scarifying. <br />All slopes will be graded to .13:1 or flatter. <br />~/ <br />When mining is completed all disturbed areas will be scarified, ferti- <br />lized seeded and mulched ~ <br />All personnel who operate in the pit including the Contractor must <br />limit their activities to the confines of the affected area. <br />All foreign material such as large rocks, roots and other debris will <br />be buried at Che site or hauled away to be disposed of. <br />Water seeping into the pit during periods of irrigation will soon dis- <br />appear into the dry granular material on the bottom of the pit. <br />Timetable of Operations: <br />1 day - Placing and spreading overburden <br />1 day - Soil preparation <br />1 day - Seeding and mulching <br />3 days - Maximum time <br />The Piaterials Engineer or his designated representative must approve <br />final grading and reclamation prior to the release of the Contractor. <br />Following is the seeding, fertilizing, and mulching plan for the dis- <br />turbed area. <br /> <br />
