Ms. Lazson will testify as an expert regazding the impact the proposed mining operation will <br />have on wildlife and on the feasibility and actual costs of the proposed reclamation plan. Ms. Larson <br />has worked as an ecologist for twelve (12) yeazs, conducting wetland, vegetation, and threatened and <br />endangered (T&E) species surveys. Her azea of expertise is permitting issues for wetlands, T&E <br />species, wetland mitigation sites and other revegetation sites. Mr. McGrane has twenty (20) years experience as a project manager and his area of <br />expertise is ground water resources, engineering, and ground water modeling. His resume will be <br />included as an exhibit. <br />
