On January 31, 2005, the Commissioners approved for this pit to <br />be located in Crowley County with the following restrictions: <br />Landowner/Operator will be responsible for a minimum of 50 % of the <br />maintenance required on the two miles of county road B that will be used. <br />Dust Control: Operator will control all dust created by the mining process, in the <br />gravel pit and all roadways. <br />Owner/operator must secure a water source for all dust control. <br />In addition to the above, the Boazd of County Commissioners and the Soil Conservation <br />District requests that Carder Inc., create and implement a plan to address the following: <br />Annual Weed Control <br />Control of Blowing Dust. <br />Prevention of the growth and spread of noxious weeds. <br />Control of runoff in the event of flood or heavy downpour. <br />Prevent the loss of topsoil and erosion. <br />Prevent water pollution from runoff or seepage <br />
