Cattarry <br />Division Director <br />Na(ural Resource Trustce <br />The Division has finished reviewing the materials accompanying your Notice of Intent to <br />conduct coal exploration (NOI CX-2006-223-07) and has made the following findings: <br />I. The application is complete. <br />2. The project qualifies as coal exploration rather than coal mining. <br />3. Your project will substantially disturb the natural land surface. A bond liability of <br />$22,091.00 was calculated for the project and a bond for that total has been submitted <br />to the Division. <br />A copy of the bond estimate is included with this letter.
