COUNTY PATENTS <br />gg <br />~ <br />c <br />~o <br />2b-6I~88uW Routt Yes <br />20,28,30,32,36-6N-89W Routt Yes <br />(~~16-SN-89 W Routt Yes <br />for the purpose of carrying on the following method of exploration to determine the mineral possibilities on said <br />lands. `.4ethod corn d:illine <br />The permission herein granted is subject to the following conditions: <br />RESERVATION -The Board reserves the right to withdraw any or all lands from this permit without <br />prior notice at any time when or if the Boazd deems it to be in the best interests of the State to do so. <br />2. NOTICES -Permittee shall notify the surface owner or lessee of his intention to enter upon the lands <br />under this permit and will, in every way, respect the rights of such occupants to the end that the least <br />inconvenience and damage may be caused them by the conduct of the exploration. Permittee shall <br />immediately notify the Board of any unusual damages or claims. <br />3. CANCELLATION - In the event of the failure of Permittee to abide by the terms and covenants of this <br />permit, the State Boazd of Land Commissioners shall have the right to cancel the privileges herein granted. <br />This permit may be cancelled at any time without notice if the Boazd deems cancellation to be in the best <br />interest of the State. <br />4. BOND - An exploration bond or proof of a Mined Land Reclamation Division permit shall have been filed <br />with the Board before work is commenced on any state-owned land. The amount of the bond, fixed by <br />the board, vazies in proportion to the type of lantl, the size of the area to be worked, and type of <br />exploration. A permanent statewide bond may be filed with this office, but a sepazate permit shall be <br />required for each exploration azea. <br />BOND RELEASE -Before releasing permittee from bonded liability, the Board may require permittee to <br />show proof that his operations have been conducted satisfactorily and that damage claims have been settled. <br />6. DAMAGES -Permittee shall be responsible for all damages to the lands and personal and private property, <br />including but not limited to livestock, crops, fences, gates, culverts, irrigation systems, stock watering <br />facilities, roads, power lines, buried pipe lines, water lines, etc. Permittee shall settle damage claims <br />within thirty (30) days after completion of the exploration activities. <br />OPERATIONS -All work shall be done in a reasonable manner with the least possible interference with <br />the surface owner's or surface lessee's operations, or with the operations of other minerals lessees. <br />No member of the crew will be permitted to carry fireazms, nor will they be permitted to fish on <br />the premises covered by this permit during the field operations without the permission of the surface owner <br />or lessee. <br />
