Dept. o. ?3aturcil Resource
Enclosed please find the mining and reclamation permits regarding the
above referenced pits to be operated by Washington County. I trust
that this completes the application process on these particular pits
and that my next requirement will be the annual report.
To date, I have not received a response from the State Land Board and
will write to determine the cause of the delay. If you don't hear
from me prior to your monthly meeting, please withdraw the application
on the state land. I will then reapply when I have received all of
the necessary information.
The commissioners have also asked that I obtain a list of our existing
permits, so that we can determine whether all of our gravel pits are
in compliance. I would appreciate it if you would supply me with such
a list if one is available. If there is any cost, please advise and I
shall promptly remit.
Thank you for your continued cooperation and assistance.
Yours very truly,
BY• :r
Kev oyer
KLH/PJ
Encl.
