Submit a copy of the slurry wall installation QaQc procedwes to be followed during <br />slurry wall construction. <br />2. Submit a final construction report with details of the slurry wall installation effort, <br />geologic conditions encountered, and any specific design modifications performed during <br />construction do to unforeseen field conditions. <br />3. Submit Certification from a registered professional engineer that the slurry wall has been <br />installed according to the design sp~ifications and QaQc procedwes, and that the slurry <br />wall will function up to the leakage criteria of the State Engineer's Office for a water <br />storage facility. <br />LRM commits to providing all of the above, and will submit this information in the form of a <br />technical revision to the permit prior to exposure of groundwater at this site. <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
