' Section 780.14{b) Continued. <br /> Tipple Area Existing Structures. New facilities are shown on Map 1, <br /> Kerr Mine Area Mine Plan and Map 29, Kerr Tipple Area Existing <br /> Structures. No specifically defined utility corridors (rights-of- <br /> way) were necessary for installation of the utilities as shown on Map <br /> 28a, Kerr Mine Area Existing Structures, and Map 29, Kerr Tipple Area <br /> Existing Structures, with the exception of the telephone lines within <br /> Section 26, T9N, R78W. The utility corridor for this line is defined <br /> on Map 28a. The only easement which has been granted to Kerr Coal is <br /> that for the access road to the Kerr Tipple Area. This easement is <br /> shown on Map 2a, Kerr Mine and Tipple Area Surface Ownership. A <br /> discussion of how the requirements imposed on Jackson County in <br /> connection with the re-routing of County Road 12E and the eventual <br /> reclamation of "old" roads will be accomplished is provided in <br /> Section 780.18 of this application.
