Doc Date:12/11/2001 III IIIIIIIIIIIII III <br />sss <br />/~ <br />Section 780.13 (f) Continued. <br />orated explosives or detonators in a safe manner; (ii) Disposal of <br />misfires and/or undetonated explosives; (iii) Firing of charged holes <br />as soon as practical after cessation of static electricity or stray <br />current conditions when electric detonators are used; and (iv) Firing <br />of charged holes when weather conditions indicate a safety hazard is <br />imminent. <br />Further discussion regarding blasting can be found on pages 780-4, <br />780-5 and 816-85 through 816-103 <br />~~~ Section 780.14 Operation plan: Maps and plans <br />Each application shall contain maps and plans of the proposed mine plan <br />and adjacent areas as follows -- <br />• (a) The maps and plans shall show the lands proposed to be affected <br />throughout the operation and any change in a facility or feature to be <br />caused by the proposed operations, if the facility or feature was shown <br />under 30 CFR 779.24-779.25. <br />The lands proposed to be affected throughout the operation and new <br />facilities and features are shown on•Map 1, Kerr Mine Area Mine Plan <br />and Map 29, Kerr Tipple Area Existing Structures. It should be <br />noted that while the mine area maps include the Kerr north area, Kerr <br />does not plan to proceed with expansion of mining activities in this <br />area under currently permitted plans. Any future mining activities <br />in the north area will be addressed by revised mining and reclamation <br />plans which will require CMLRD approval prior to implementation. <br />(b) The following shall be shown for the proposed permit area unless <br />specifically required for the mine plan area or adjacent area by the <br />requirements of this Section; <br />(1) Buildings, utility corridors and facilities to be used; <br />780-29aaR Revised - August, 1990 <br />
