misfires and/or undetonated explosives; (iii) Firing of charged holes
as soon as practical after cessation of static electricity or stray
current conditions when electric detonators are used; and (iv) Firing
of charged holes when weather conditions indicate a safety hazard is
imminent.

~~~ Section 780.14 Operation plan: Maps and plans
Each application shall contain maps and plans of the proposed mine plan
and adjacent areas as follows --
• (a) The maps and plans shall show the lands proposed to be affected
throughout the operation and any change in a facility or feature to be
caused by the proposed operations, if the facility or feature was shown
under 30 CFR 779.24-779.25.
The lands proposed to be affected throughout the operation and new
facilities and features are shown on•Map 1, Kerr Mine Area Mine Plan
and Map 29, Kerr Tipple Area Existing Structures. It should be
noted that while the mine area maps include the Kerr north area, Kerr
does not plan to proceed with expansion of mining activities in this
area under currently permitted plans. Any future mining activities
in the north area will be addressed by revised mining and reclamation
plans which will require CMLRD approval prior to implementation.
(b) The following shall be shown for the proposed permit area unless
specifically required for the mine plan area or adjacent area by the
requirements of this Section;
(1) Buildings, utility corridors and facilities to be used;
