The above entitled application vas filed on August 24, 1981,

and vas referred to the undersigned as water Referee for water
Division No. 5, State of Colorado, by the Water Judge of said Court
on the 14th day of September, 1981, in accordance with Article 92
of Chapter 37, Colorado Revised Statutes 1773, known es The water
Right Determination end Adminietretion Act of 1969.
And the undersigned Referee having made such investigetio na as
are necessary to determine whether or not the statements in the
application are true and having become fully advised with respect to
the subject matter of the application does hereby make the following
determination and ruling as the Referee in this matter, to-wit:

3. The name and address of the Claimant: Snowmaae Coal
Company; P.O. Box 980; Carbondale, Colorado.
4. The source of the voter for Snowmass Coal Reservoir is
Grou ndva ter tributary to the Roarinq Fork River and pumped pursuant
to an augmentation olan approved in Case BOCN107 from Ylell No. 25269-F.
5. Snowmass Coal Reservoir is located as follows: The North
corner of sn id reservoir is located at a point whence the Southwest
corner of Section 20, T. 7 5., R. 88 w., 6th P.t4. beers N. 88014' w.
e distance of 2280 feet.
6. On Auqust 12, 1981, in Caee No. BOCt7106, the water Court
for We ter Division No. 5 awarded to Sna+mass Coel Reservoir, e
