The statements in tie application are true. <br />'e. The Wane of the structure is Enownass Coal Comoany well <br />NO. .'.. <br />3. The name of the claimant apj1d address is: Snowmass Coal <br />Company; P. O. Sox 980; Carbondale [•wewwee. <br />4. The source of the water is a well hewing a depth of 84 feet <br />and being tributary to the Roaring Fort: River. <br />5. Snowmass Coal Company well tio. 2 is loee[ed in the SESSWy <br />of Section 20, T. 7 5., R. 88 w, of the 6th P.H. et a poir1t 20 feet <br />north of the South line and 2,210 feet East of the west line of said <br />section 20. <br />In the original Decree for Snovmasa Coel Company well No. 2, <br />in Cese •+o. BOCW105, the well was erroneously described as being in <br />Section 29 instead of Section 20. This error was corree ted by Order <br />of the water Court on ?larch 25, 1782. <br />6. On August 12, 1981, in Case NO. BOCw105, the Water Court <br />• for t:ater Division tio. 5 awarded to snowmass Coal Comoany well No. 2, <br />a conditional water right for 0.044 cubic foot of water per second of <br />f„_. . ... ... <br /> <br /> <br />
