The statements in the application ere true. <br />2. The name of the structure is Snowmass Coal Company Well No. 1. <br />3. The name and address of the claimant: Snowmass Coal <br />Company: P. 0. Box 980; Carbondale, Colorado. <br />4. The source of the water for Snovmass Coal Company Well No. 1 <br />is goundwater tributary to the Roaring Fork River, the well being <br />93 feet deep. <br />5. Snowmass Coal Company well No. 1 ie located et a point in <br />the NEkNwk Section 29, T. 7 S „ A. 88 W., 6th P.M. at a point <br />65 feet from the Narth Section line and 2,260 feet from the West <br />Section line. <br />6. On August 12, 1981, in Case No. 80CW104, the Water Court <br />for Water Division No. 5 awarded to Snowmass Coal Company We11 No. 1, <br />a conditional water right for 0.222 cubic foot of water oar second <br />of tine, to be used for domestic, mining, mechanical, industrial <br />and irrigation purposes, with an eppropria tion date of February 1, <br />1980. The ela imant was directed to the an application for quadrennial <br />finding of reasonable diligence in the development of this condition- <br />al water right on August of 1785 to maintain the conditional water <br />right in full force and effect. <br />
