a ~ <br />7. The trees and shrubs located on National Forest System land, above and to the <br />east of the existing cut slopes, would be removed. The trees would be sold for <br />lumber or firewood and the limbs, shrub material, and stumps would be <br />chipped and stored for use as mulch in the reclamation process. <br />8. Topsoil would be removed, stockpiled, and stabilized with a sterile seed such <br />as regreen or other variety of sterile wheat or milo for use in reclamation. <br />The stockpiles would be located on National Forest System land along <br />northern and eastern boundaries of the site and would be revegetated and <br />surrounded with erosion control fencing to prevent loss of the topsoil <br />from erosion. <br />~~ <br />
